Dear Young Lady,
Social media is a complicated platform. It can be good, and can be just as bad. What defines it is how you engage it.
The viral trend of young ladies wanting to become social media infuencers, by ways of immorality, has become a disastrous epidemic to society.
The moral and spiritual fabric of society is being torn down by young men and women, even teenagers, engaging in wrong and evil culture just to gather views, followers and go viral.
When you, as a young lady, come on social media to dance naked, exposing parts that we all thought should be private, you kiss and smooch each other or a member of the opposite sex et al in a bid to attract views; you are also infecting the minds of your ardent viewers with lust and immorality. This has become a societal epidemic.
Now, I know your body belongs to you and you can choose to do whatever you want with it. Without wanting to sound religious here, think of the lives that your viral nudity has infected with the virus of immorality. Though you parade yourself as “unashamedly naked”, or “unashamedly bad”, think about the unreserved shame that will come those associated with you for good, and your future family (if/when you eventually have them.)
Stop tearing down the way of righteousness for fame. People who indulge your stupidity do not love or care about you. While they won’t necessarily do what you do or let any of their loved ones imitate you, they surely revel in seeing you destroy your future for their own entertainment.
Choose to tow the lane that will cause you to influence society positively. Every man wants to marry a decent woman eventually — they may be your top fan today, but you’re most certainly at the bottom of their list when it comes to finding a wife.
Engage positively. Your body is a sacred temple, not a social media sacrifice.
Grace to you!
